One Year Warranty

All SHOVERA products come with a 1-Year Warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues under normal use conditions.

Terms & Conditions

  • The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to avail warranty services.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
  • Broken product will not be covered as a part of warranty.
  • PVD coating issues are covered under warranty.
  • Any unauthorized repair or modification will void the warranty.
  • You need to present warranty card to claim warranty 
  • Any product bought on massive discount  during sale ( if 50% above ) or if any product priced less thn 499 , is not a part of any warranty claim 
  • SHOVERA reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer store credit at its sole discretion.
  • Any Applicable warranty claim amount can be transferred in shovera wallet based on the amount paid.
  • Within 0–2 months: Receive 50% of the invoice value (amount paid after discounts) as Shovera Wallet Credit.
  • Within 2–4 months: Receive 30% of the invoice value (amount paid after discounts) as Shovera Wallet Credit.
  • Within 4–12 months: Receive 15% of the invoice value (amount paid after discounts) as Shovera Wallet Credit.
