Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shovera, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

As we are small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
